The available spaces are dedicated, but within an open shared space. For this reason, makers who produce lots of dust, fumes, or noise are not an ideal fit. Great for a painter, fine artist, jewelry maker, seamstress, or weaver.
Fruitvale BART is a 10 minute walk away. The studio is on the 2nd floor; please note there is no elevator in this building.
This is NOT a live/work space. Working during the night is fine, but crashing at the studio is not.Contact me with questions or to coordinate a showing.
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are best.
